EB Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly recognised independent Scottish law firm. Due to growth within their Glasgow City Centre office, this firm is seeking a Solicitor to bolster their Commercial Disputes team.
This role offers a great variety of litigation including, Employment, Business Conflicts/Disputes and Debt Recovery.
Managing your own cases, you will be involved in Sheriff Court, Court of Session and Employment Tribunals representing pursuers and defenders.
Due to the nature of this team and client base, it is essential candidates will have gained experience within this area of law and have good knowledge of various court procedures. Employment experience would be advantageous.
