Calling all immediately available Receptionists / Administrators…
EB Recruitment is working with a growing Housing Association in East Renfrewshire. Due to an internal secondment, this organisation is seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to join the business until the end of January 2026.
Fully office based you will be supporting the wider team daily with tenant enquiries either via telephone or in person. This involves varied requests such as assisting with customer payments, repairs reporting, complaints, factoring enquiries and housing applications.
Whilst the role is reception based, you will be undertaking administrative duties too and involves:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office
- Advising and supporting with all queries, notifying relevant department
- Assist with the Housing Application process
- Maintaining updates, tenant information and status progress on the inhouse system
- Assist with the internal compliance process and administrative tasks related
- Work with the marketing team, assisting with relevant housing campaign administration
- Coordinate the mail function for the business
- Finance administration
- Support the Customer Service team as required
- Ad hoc duties request by the wider organisation
Skills and experience required:
- Reception and administrative experience are ideally required
- Exceptional customer service skills, good communication skills
- Ability to liaise with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
- Be highly organised and ability to prioritise
- Possess ability to listen and show empathy
- Team player
- Be highly motivated and possess a flexible approach to work duties
- IT proficient – MS Office
PLEASE NOTE: This position is full time and office based only – 5 days per week, 9am to 5pm.
