EB Recruitment is delighted to bring to the market a new exciting role for an experienced Legal Administrator / Legal Secretary looking for a new challenge.
Due to growth within the busy Private Client department of this award winning Scottish firm, they are seeking a Team Coordinator who will assist the department with operational duties and smooth running of the support structure.
This newly created role will report to the Head of the Department and will involve:
- Extensive diary management
- Coordinate senior meetings, including preparing agendas, invites and taking minutes where required
- Assist with the department training schedule – arranging meetings, training programmes and liaising with external providers
- Oversee the CPD process within the team
- Providing reports to the Head of Department and wider senior team
- Coordinate compliance process within the team
- Actively support the secretaries and administrators within the team of case management processes, billing and file management
- Ad hoc duties as requested by the Head of Department
Skills and experience required:
- Candidates must have working knowledge of Private Client processes, ideally gained at Admin, Secretarial/PA level
- Be highly organised, ability to manage a busy workload, flexible approach to tasks when changes required at short notice
- IT proficient – MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess excellent professional communication skills and able to liaise across all areas of the business
- Team player, and ability to work independently
- Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy
