EB Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join a medium sized firm in Edinburgh.
Supporting a number of fee earners alongside a team of secretaries across two offices, this role will involve:
- Liaise with clients, providing excellence of service
- Assist with opening and closing of files
- Undertake AML procedures
- Coordinate searches, registration forms, LBTT submissions, Discharges and dispositions
- Prepare letters of engagement and fee notes
- Coordinate filing, storage and archiving within the team and wider firm
- Answering of telephones
- Undertake any further administrative tasks required by the fee earning team
Skills and experience required:
- Candidates MUST have Residential Property experience gained at Legal Secretarial/PA level - only candidates with this experience will be considered
- IT proficient – MS Office packages and Legal software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Team player
- Possess attention to detail
