EB Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing professional services organisation based in Glasgow. Working alongside a team of HR professionals, this role offers exposure to all areas of the HR function across the business.
- Employee relations activities, including drafting of required documentation
- Manage payroll processes and relevant documentation
- Responsible for all employee requests such as maternity leave and flexible working
- Involvement with various HR projects alongside the senior HR team
- Manage recruitment and selection processes across the firm
- Coordinate new starter processes such as issuing of contracts and inductions
- Participate with the firms graduate process, including attending fairs and coordinating annual internships
- Assist with the annual trainee process
- HR reporting activities
- Involvement with annual review processes
- Manage the firm’s absence management process
- Assist with training activities across the firm
- Involvement with developing and reviewing of various policies and procedures
- At times travel to other offices across Scotland
- All other ad hoc HR activities as requested by the senior HR team
Skills and Experience required:
- Candidates must have gained HR experience within a professional services organisation
- Ideally candidates will have a HR qualification (degree educated, CIPD etc)
- Possess excellent communication skills and can communicate at all levels
- Ability to work in a team and use initiative at all times
- Work to deadlines and have a flexible approach to work activities
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast paced role
