EB Recruitment is has a requirement for an experienced Receptionist to join a large professional services organisation in Glasgow City Centre.
Working alongside a small team of receptionists, this position will involve:
- Answering all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms, including any audio visual requirements, refreshments etc
- Copy and scanning of documents required by departments
- Management of archiving within the firm
- Mail management
Skills and Experience required:
- Reception experience gained within a professional services environment
- Administration experience
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Possess friendly and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Proficient IT skills
